About Chandramouli
Chandramouli C S co-founded Lokta and leads it as CEO. An engineer at heart, he has spent twenty-three years across technology, go-to-market and consulting, the last few of them building machine learning and GenAI products.
Before Lokta he was Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at Korn Ferry, where he built the AI organisation from the ground up across the United States and India: more than fifty data scientists, machine learning engineers and analysts, shipping more than forty initiatives from recommendation models to bias-detection frameworks. Earlier he led product at Brightfield, Zomentum and Gartner’s TalentNeuron, co-founded HireCruise, and advised a commercial lending platform on product and go-to-market for two years.
He also sits on the board of Digamber Finance, an NBFC, as an independent director, where he chairs the IT strategy committee. That seat is why he has seen lending from both sides: the technology and the book.
He writes the bulk of the posts on /updates/: RBI rules read as system configuration, collections and early-warning measures, what it costs to service a loan, and how a servicing team changes once agents take on routine work.
